Terms and Conditions

Load Shedding


Please let us know about your load shedding schedule or water problem in advance. Another call out will be charged if we must return because of load shedding or water problems.

Spares


All spares fitted remains the property of Bryanston Appliance Repairs, until paid in full.

Labour


Once we’ve been given the go ahead on a job, we will not reverse any work done and the customer will remain liable for the cost incurred.

Guarantee


We offers a 3 month guarantee on work done and parts supplied even if second-hand spares are used. No guarantee on Pc Boards.
All second-hand appliances sold Voetstoots.

Recalls


Please note: Many different spares can cause the same problem; a RECALL is only a RECALL if the replaced spare / spares are faulty in the guaranteed period.

Billing


We calculates charges on spares plus mark up, time required for repairs to be done as well as time and effort in sourcing components.

Payment method

  • Cash
  • EFT payments
  • NO card facility.

Payment terms


Trading terms are strictly COD, with payment in cash or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) BEFORE delivery and call outs will be done. We do not make use of a card facility.
The Call Out is not refundable and is only valid 14 days after the quote was given. Loaner machines + fridges
Any loaner machines and fridges (if available) will be charged for after the 3rd day at a cost of R30.00 per day.
Customers will be liable for any damages caused to appliances. 30 Days

Repair Option


Call Out can be done at your home or business for a Callout Fee of R570 and any additional items will be R100 to be paid cash on the premises or EFT before our Technicians leave our premises. Once the call out is paid you will only be charged for the spares thereafter. The technician will then evaluate and the manager will give you a quote on the spares needed to repair the appliance.

We opened our doors for business in August 2010 as Bergens Bryanston Appliance Repairs. In order to provide our customers with more affordable pricing, we left the franchise and changed our name to Bryanston Appliance in December 2017.

This is owned and managed by Derrick & Bernadette; the branch is responsible for the greater Rivonia, Bryanston, Sunninghill and Sandton areas. Bryanston Appliance repairs is household name trusted by many.
