Payment Terms and Loaner Policy
- Payment: We operate on a COD (cash on delivery) basis. Payments can be made in cash or via EFT prior to delivery. We do not accept card payments.
- Call Out Fee: This non-refundable fee is valid for 14 days after the quote is provided.
- Loaner Appliances: Loaner machines and fridges are available for a daily fee after three days, starting at R30 per day. Customers are responsible for any damage to loaner appliances.
- Storage: Appliances not paid for within 30 days of repair completion may be scrapped or sold to recover costs.
