  • Call Out Fee: Our call-out fee is non-refundable and valid for 14 days after the quote has been issued.
  • Loaner Appliances: Any loaner machines and fridges are charged at R30.00 per day after three days. The customer will be liable for any damages incurred.
  • Non-Payment Policy: Appliances not paid for within 30 days of completion may be scrapped or sold to cover costs.
